Service design, system oriented design course at AHO, fall 2014

Challenge:

This project is about finding ways forThe Norwegian bank “DNB” to keep their customers faithful longer.  

Process:

Through systematic mapping problems and opportunities.

 

 Our focus was to fill the gap where DNB is not meeting their customers needs. And to alleviate any lack of added value for the customers in DNBs offers.

Solution:

Change the customers negative perception of banks through better

banking experience. We do this by focusing on the underlying problems we found in the service.

Pixel concept:

A customized service created for each of the dnb customers, built to change and adapt throughout the customer needs at the moment and future. This was exemplified through a  blueprint and finalised with a commercial product video.
